Terms and Conditions

These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) of the civic association
OZ Relax and Sport,

registered in the Register of the Ministry of the Interior of the Slovak Republic under No. VVS/1-900/90-45341 on 23 January 2015
(hereinafter referred to as “OZ”, “we”, or “us”),

govern the relationship between us as the provider and you as the participant (hereinafter “you”) in connection with the provision of our services, including therapeutic groups, courses, and other personal development activities. The services are provided in accordance with the objectives and activities of OZ Relax and Sport, as defined in the association’s statutes.

1. Services Provided

Information about our services is available on our website at www.ozrelaxasport.com

These may include, in particular:

  • therapeutic groups (online and in person),
  • discussion and development groups,
  • live courses and webinars,
  • recordings of courses, lectures, or interviews,
  • supporting and study materials.

2. Orders and Contract Formation

A contract between you and us is concluded upon confirmation of your order, which may be made electronically via the Website, by email, or by telephone.
Once your order is confirmed, we will send you details including the method of payment.

3. Contributions and Payment

The contribution (fee) for each service is specified on the Website.
We are a non-profit organisation and not a VAT payer.

Payment is made in advance by bank transfer to the following account:

Participation in an event is conditional upon receipt of payment before the start of the event.
Once the payment is processed, you will gain access to the respective service (e.g. an online meeting link or study materials).

4. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your participation in a live meeting (group, course, or webinar) free of charge up to 48 hours in advance.
In such cases, the paid amount will be refunded within 30 days.

If cancellation is made less than 48 hours before the event, or in the case of non-attendance, a 100% cancellation fee applies.

5. Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with Act No. 102/2014 Coll. of the Slovak Republic, you have the right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days, provided that the service has not yet been delivered.

For online recordings and materials made available immediately after payment, this right is waived once you explicitly request the immediate provision of the service.

6. Complaints

If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us by email.
We will process your complaint as quickly as possible, within 14 days at the latest.
If the complaint is found to be justified, we will offer an appropriate refund or discount, up to the full amount paid.

7. Copyright

All materials and content provided within our services are intended solely for your personal use.
Without our prior consent, you may not distribute, copy, or make them available to third parties.

8. Final Provisions

These Terms are governed by Act No. 40/1964 Coll. (the Civil Code) and Act No. 102/2014 Coll. on Consumer Protection of the Slovak Republic.

We reserve the right to make reasonable amendments to these Terms.
The latest version is always available on the Website.

These Terms shall enter into force on 1 January 2025.

Privacy and Data Protection Policy of OZ Relax and Sport

These Privacy and Data Protection Principles (the “Policy”) describe how

processes personal data in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council (“GDPR”) and Act No. 18/2018 Coll. on the Protection of Personal Data.

2. What Data We Process and Why

We process the following personal data:
name, surname, email address, telephone number, billing and communication details, and participation data.

Purposes of processing:

  • to conclude and perform contracts,
  • to meet statutory accounting and tax obligations,

to ensure communication and the organisation of our services.

3. Who We Share Data With

We may share personal data only with trusted partners and solely for the purposes stated above, namely:

  • IT and web hosting service providers,
  • accountants and tax advisors,
  • banks and payment institutions,
  • public authorities, where required by law.

    4. Data Retention Period
  • For the duration of the contractual relationship and according to statutory retention periods (maximum 10 years).
  • Based on consent: up to 5 years or until consent is withdrawn.

You have the right to:

  • access your personal data,
  • rectify or erase data,
  • restrict processing,
  • data portability,
  • object to processing,

lodge a complaint with the Office for Personal Data Protection of the Slovak Republic (www.uoou.sk)


6. Final Provisions

These Principles take effect on 1 January 2025.
