Part 4 – Preparing for Our Sessions

To get the most from our work together, you may find it helpful to:

Arrive a few minutes early.

Choose a quiet and comfortable space.

Have water nearby.

Keep a notebook available for reflections and insights.

Wear comfortable clothing that allows you to move and breathe freely.

Most importantly, bring curiosity and patience.

Meaningful change rarely happens all at once. It is usually the result of many small steps taken consistently over time.

This section will continue to grow over time and may include articles, practices, reflections and resources related to:

Breathing

Movement

Sleep

Stress and nervous system regulation

Nutrition

Mind-body awareness

Compassionate Inquiry

Lifestyle change

Personal growth
