Conscious Rest that Heals Body and Mind

Lets "Relax the body, deepen the breath, invite your awareness."
During the practice, brain waves slow down from beta into alpha and theta frequencies. These states support deep healing of the body and the nervous system. It feels very much like the moments just before falling asleep, or just after waking up – when the mind is more open to new possibilities and the body naturally regenerates.
In this in-between space of wakefulness and sleep, we find a rest that not only calms us but also heals and transforms.
In today’s fast-paced world, we are often taught how to perform, but not how to rest. Trance, sometimes called yogic sleep, is one of the deepest yet simplest relaxation techniques. In truth, it is not sleep but a state between wakefulness and sleep, where the body rests while awareness remains awake.
"A seed sleeps in the dark soil so it can later sprout. Trance invites you into deep silence, where a new beginning is born within."
