OZ Relax and Sport is a non-profit organisation.
My vision is to support the development of awareness and the body through movement, therapy, education, and community projects.

I offer sessions – both online and in person:

  • NLP sessions (transformational work with the mind)
  • Trauma-informed approaches, including Compassionate Inquiry methods developed by Dr Gabor Maté, integrated into every process
  • Deep physiotherapy (release of the body and nervous system)
  • Sadhanas (yogic and meditative practices)

Bodywork – Deep Relaxation and Integration

In my bodywork sessions, I combine elements of therapeutic Thai massage and acupressure techniques that I learned and refined during my years of practice in Thailand. My focus is on releasing tension held in the neck, shoulders, spine, and lower back, helping the body unwind and the nervous system return to balance.

Each session is a gentle meeting between body and awareness. Through touch, breath, and presence, the body begins to relax, and what was held can slowly release. The work is subtle yet powerful supporting the release of emotional and physical stress, calming the mind, and enhancing the body’s natural ability to heal.

When a practitioner maintains a daily yoga and meditation practice, the hands naturally carry prana the living energy of breath and awareness. This pranic quality flows through touch and supports a deeper level of regulation and harmony within the client’s system. In Kundalini Yoga, this is understood as the transmission of pranic vitality; in Polyvagal Theory, it is described as co-regulation the natural synchronisation that happens when two nervous systems attune in safety and presence.

This approach is rooted in the mind–body connection, relaxation, and authenticity, which are also at the heart of my work at Relax and Sport - Oasis of Presence.

The greatest exchange of energy actually takes place between our nervous systems.
Scientific research including the Polyvagal Theory, studies on mirror neurons, and findings on breath and heart synchronisation shows that when two people meet, their bodies and nervous systems attune to one another.

In the presence of safety and trust, our nervous system calms and opens the door to healing processes.
That is why meeting whether in person or online can be such a powerful form of connection.

Many of our patterns and habits have been formed over years some even over decades. They are often the result of long-term “training” in unhelpful postures, chronic stress, or defensive strategies that have become deeply embedded in both body and mind.

This is not only about psychological symptoms, but about real neurobiological changes within the nervous system, muscles, breathing patterns, and hormonal regulation.
It is therefore important to maintain realistic expectations.

For this reason, I recommend a longer-term collaboration that allows space for gradual, natural, and sustainable transformation.

Unlike medication or surgical interventions, which are often invasive and may bring a range of secondary complications, this approach focuses on the health of the nervous system and inner regulation.
Change unfolds in harmony with the body’s and mind’s natural mechanisms and is therefore truly sustainable.


Contributions and Support

I offer sessions on the basis of contributions and donations, which I see as a form of mutual energetic exchange.
Time, for me, represents life itself and for this reason, the value of an hour spent together is framed between €60 and €80, depending on agreement and circumstances.

To give you a sense of orientation, here is a suggested contribution framework:

  • a short introductory session
  • a journey over several weeks (5–10 sessions)
  • a deeper process lasting several months (20–30 sessions)
  • or a year-long cycle, in which transformation unfolds naturally, step by step

I see these indicative amounts as an invitation towards clarity and mutual understanding, allowing you to choose the scope of collaboration according to your own possibilities and needs.

An Investment in Health Instead of Medication

Today, many people spend hundreds or even thousands of euros each year on medication, supplements, and the treatment of illness. From my experience, it is far more meaningful to invest in the right education, preventive care, and in reconnecting body and mind. My focus is on the quality and vitality of life not merely its length.
